First, stamping equipment

The accuracy of the stamping equipment and the impact of the rigid stamping die life are extremely important. The precision of the stamping equipment is high, the rigidity is good, and the die life is greatly improved. Precision dies must be selected with high precision and good rigidity. Otherwise, the life of the mold will be reduced and the mold will be damaged seriously.

Five, thermal processing technology

1. Forging process: This is an important part in the manufacturing process of mold parts. The forging temperature range should be strictly controlled during processing, the correct heating specification should be established, the correct forging method should be adopted, and the slow cooling or timely annealing after forging should be carried out.

2. Pre-heat treatment: Pre-heat treatment processes such as annealing, normalizing or quenching and tempering should be used according to the materials and requirements of the mold parts to improve the processing technology.

3. Quenching and tempering: This is the key link in the heat treatment of the mold. During the quenching and heating of the die, special attention should be paid to preventing oxidation and decarburization. The heat treatment process specification should be strictly controlled. If conditions permit, vacuum heat treatment can be used.

4. Stress relief annealing: For molds with high precision requirements, after flat grinding, grinding or electric machining, it needs to be subjected to stress relief and tempering treatment, which is beneficial to stabilize mold precision and improve service life.
