1. Never perform mold maintenance according to maintenance plan
Do not replace the spring; do not grind the punch or clean and lubricate the mold. Apply heavy-duty, extreme-pressure grease to the parts without lubrication and surface wear; do not care about the loss of the pins in the mold, and do not carefully lock all the fasteners; the nitrogen springs will not be replaced until they are unable to work. Components;
The mold is not cleaned, and the mold slag contains the waste formed by processing and stamping. Do not check whether the cylinders are leaking, they are always used in overload, and eventually lead to the seals being damaged in advance;
The mold is not inspected before the punching machine, but the tool is already packed and does not check whether the thickness gauge falls on the mold.
2. The mold material for welding is not a heat-treated material.
When welding the mold material, the parts to be welded are not preheated; the welding is 10 times higher than your requirements, too much welding; the welded parts are not subsequently treated to eliminate the stress; the cracks of the mold are not worn away and then welded; The parts are welded directly on the punching machine, and the solder joints fly around.
3. The mold never uses lubricant
Lubricants have never been used on molds, especially for stainless steel or high tensile strength materials. For the mixed use of oil, it is only by virtue of the hand to test it to determine whether it can be used. Regardless of whether the use of oil is effective, it is only applied to the plate at random; never lubricate the double sides of the material; the use of high-chlorine lubricants on the tungsten steel mold can damage the tungsten steel parts.
4. Use a broken punch
Install large-tonnage, high-precision molds on worn-out punches with large gaps; cracks on the fuselage of the press; the maximum tonnage of the presses caused the skew of the presses, resulting in damage to a large number of punches and die parts; Care about whether the slider is parallel to the platform, just that the mold can guarantee all the parallelism needed.
5. The mold closing height is not set correctly.
If the limit block is not used correctly or the limit block is removed, the closing height of the mold is judged by the sound of the mold closing impact; if the product is unqualified, the mold height is continuously lowered to obtain a good product, which will eventually damage the mold and the punch. .
6. Protector without mold
Do not use the protective devices on the mold, turn them off or use them incorrectly, rely on the equipment and rely on the operator to quickly find problems and avoid mold damage
